IWS promotes a learning environment that develops the cognitive as well as the aesthetic and affective mind. The vital link between theory and relevance is effectively established in our curriculum. It is our belief that Indus students will evolve into 21st century learners with strong analytical skills, people skills, foresight and creativity. The core values of Indus World School are&nbsp;<strong>R<\/strong>isk Taking,&nbsp;<strong>O<\/strong>penness, Ownership,&nbsp;<strong>H<\/strong>onesty and Commitment to customers and&nbsp;<strong>I<\/strong>nnovation. The core values are represented by the acronym,&nbsp;<strong>ROOHI.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IWS is established by Nalanda Foundation, a not-for-profit trust registered under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882. Indus World School, today is a national chain of 7 schools with presence in the following cities: Gurgaon, Indore, Raipur, Bhiwani, and Ludhiana. Bhasins (Head ??? Rajgadh Estates) are the management head of Indus World School, Ludhiana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TRUST-AND-THE-BOARD-OF-TRUSTEES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indus World Schools is under the aegis of Rajgadh Estates, a not-for-profit Trust. The Board of Trustees are honored to serve as stewards of the School???s mission and vision. The Board has fiduciary responsibility for the governance of the school, strengthening resources to propel students achieving excellence beyond the classroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The prime focus of the members is to focus on strengthening the foundation of entrepreneurship, innovation, leadership and social responsibility in every student and truly commit to the schools??? mission of developing students with great personal legacies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>GOVERNING COUNCIL AND LEADERSHIP TEAM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Governing Council has three main areas of responsibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"160\" height=\"160\" src=\"https:\/\/rajgadhindusschool.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-982\" style=\"width:124px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rajgadhindusschool.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/image.png 160w, https:\/\/rajgadhindusschool.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/image-150x150.png 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 160px) 100vw, 160px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Policy Making<\/strong><br>The Council determines the school???s objectives and ensures that those objectives are appropriately achieved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"160\" height=\"160\" src=\"https:\/\/rajgadhindusschool.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-983\" style=\"width:123px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rajgadhindusschool.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/image-1.png 160w, https:\/\/rajgadhindusschool.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/image-1-150x150.png 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 160px) 100vw, 160px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Finances<\/strong><br>The Council sets the budget for each year and makes certain that the schools operate within its fiscal limits.
